Requirements for a Personal Loan

Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
Valid identification: ID Card, Driver’s License or a Passport
Address Verification (Extract of Census Registry)
Personal Tax ID Number (SIAD)
If applicable, at least a 5th year work permit. However, a resident guarantor of Dutch nationality is required.
Proof of income: 2 months worth of salary receipts. Salaries that include gratuities, sales commissions or points, and overtime will be required to present 3 months worth of salary receipts.

Employer’s reference letter addressed to the bank.
In case the loan is greater than Afl. 10,000.00, the bank will require a lien in which case proof of ownership of the property will be required.
The bank reserves the right to evaluate the worthiness of the lien.
In the event the applicant is married or in a civil union, and in community of property, all documents of the partner should also be made available.

Extract of the registry at the Aruba Chamber of Commerce: not older than 3 months.
Latest 2 Annual Financial Statements.
A letter of good standing from SIAD.
