Caribbean Mercantile Bank N.V. is pleased to announce the launch of our Customer Experience Survey designed to gather valuable feedback from customers across all front-line departments, including branches. This initiative highlights our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving every aspect of our customer interactions.

The survey, which is now live, aims to provide customers with an opportunity to share their experiences, insights, and suggestions regarding their interactions with Caribbean Mercantile Bank N.V. in different areas, such as branches, premium banking and investment services, contact center, CMB insurance and Business banking. Feedback that are collected is essential in guiding future enhancements and ensuring that customer needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
